Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Pitch Up Parties for your event. Please read and agree to the terms below before confirming your booking. These apply to all services including teepee sleepover hire, party props, and soft play hire in Ayrshire.

Booking & Payments

• A deposit is required to secure your booking date. This is non-refundable if you cancel your event.

• The remaining balance is due the day before setup.

• Additional teepees can be added up to 24 hours before your event, subject to availability.

Setup, Use & Safety

• No smoking, no pets, and no food, drink, pens, glitter, nail polish or other marking items are allowed near the teepees or hired equipment.

• Do not leave phones, laptops, consoles or electrical items charging in or near the teepees.

• Equipment is for indoor use only and must not be moved or altered without a Pitch Up Parties staff member present.

• Equipment will be set up in a single agreed location and must remain there.

• The client is responsible for supervising children and ensuring all guests use the equipment safely.

• Pitch Up Parties accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage during the hire period.

  
  

Delivery & Suitability

• Free delivery within 5 miles of Southcraigs, Kilmarnock.

• Additional delivery charged at 55p per mile.

• If the venue is deemed unsafe or unsuitable, we reserve the right to refuse setup. No refunds will be issued in this case.

Damage, Liability & Insurance

• All hired equipment remains the property of Pitch Up Parties.

• The client accepts full responsibility for the care and condition of the equipment during the hire.

• Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged to the client.

• Public liability insurance does not cover incidents involving alcohol or drugs.

  
  

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:

• More than 4 weeks' notice: Full refund (minus deposit)

• 3 weeks to 1 week notice: 50% of balance due

• Less than 1 week: Full balance due

  
  

Agreement

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the above Terms & Conditions and Hire Policy. Please contact Pitch Up Parties if you have any questions or require clarification.
